Renal Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum. As a Renal Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with chronic kidney failure and other comorbidities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing dialysis
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis and related treatments
- Current registration as a General Nurse with the NMC
- Experience working in a renal setting or dialysis unit
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including earlies, lates, and long days
