We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with chronic kidney failure and other comorbidities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing dialysis.
- Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- NMC Registered General Nurse or due to qualify in 2024.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week).
- Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
- Starting Salary of up to £33,719, based on dialysis experience.
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
