Renal Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at Diaverum. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our renal care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patients' progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-management and independence.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in renal nursing or a willingness to undergo comprehensive training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
