Customer Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Manager to join our team at Daisy Group. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle first line support calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and service level agreements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages and ability to learn new systems quickly.
