Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the direction of a newly formed function that will deliver a best-in-class, simplified, and personalized experience to managers in support of their complex and regulated HR needs.
  • Be accountable for the success of the service provided, extending across the UK and one or more HR Service functions while connecting globally as needed.
  • Help set and drive company policies and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day.
  • Deliver on business initiatives within a highly complex function that provides service to a customer base and/or a sensitive process area within HR Service.
  • Focus on excellent customer service and create processes that are customer-centric.
  • Advise leadership and make informed business decisions to enhance the performance of the department.
  • Manage risk across the portfolio and escalate/seek advice as required.
  • Partner with other HR functional, product, and global teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience in HR service or Product roles or equivalent.
  • Experience in both strategic and tactical planning for one or more business processes and/or location-based responsibilities.
