Project Manager Job Description

Sensata Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, progress tracking, and monitoring change control processes.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and presentation of project schedules and statuses.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
Requirements:
  • A university degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Business/Project Management.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or PowerBI.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
