Project Manager

At Sensata Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and execution of a portfolio of projects and programs. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that every aspect of the program is completed on time and within budget. You will also act as a liaison between the individuals working on the program and key stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include meeting with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarifying specific requirements of each project. You will define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. You will develop comprehensive project plans and manage all implementation processes, including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes, testing, documentation, training, and status reports. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. You will also ensure resource availability and allocation, track project performance, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. You will regularly communicate and present project schedules and statuses, report and escalate to management as needed, and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. You will also perform risk management to minimize project risks. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business/project management. They will have experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or PowerBI. They will also have expertise in establishing semiconductor supply chains, including wafer fabrication, packaging, and probe/final test. Strong background in automotive qualification, specifically AECQ100, is also required. Direct experience in collaborating with tier-1 automotive customers is highly beneficial. The candidate should demonstrate a good understanding of the standards and expectations when dealing with OEM automotive customers.
