About You

You'll be experienced in driving efficiency in operational cost, KPI measurement, and accurate day-to-day planning to guide the operation using effective communication to achieve best practices, and perform regular analysis to create plans and the best possible performance.

You'll be familiar and comfortable with process management and a target-driven environment which is data-led, coupled with a close customer behavior and focus, adapting your approach to problem-solving and contributing to change projects, ensuring effective cost management is embedded and embraced with all key stakeholders.

There is a requirement to be client-facing to keep our customer representatives informed, and strong communication skills are essential to identify robust, workable solutions and plans.

This role would suit candidates with skills or experience in operational strategy, costing, logistics, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular analysis to inform business decisions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

Working Arrangements

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00, with flexibility to adjust to the needs of a 24-hour operation. However, there is also a requirement to support outside regular hours and occasionally at different locations.
