Contact Centre Sales Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contact Centre Sales Team Manager to lead and motivate a team of sales advisors focused on outbound communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the team meets its commercial objectives, develops and implements successful sales strategies, and delivers outstanding levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of circa 15 contact centre sales and retention advisors
  • Implement standards and best practice to ensure the team meets its commercial objectives
  • Develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Coach and mentor to get the best out of your team on a daily basis
  • Consistently meet targets and drive your team to hit personal goals
  • Ensure that all coaching is documented effectively, and coaching sessions are followed up regularly
Requirements:
  • Experience of a Team Manager/Leader role in a sales-focused contact centre environment
  • Ability to coach and develop people to reach their full potential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
