About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Escalator Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As an Escalator Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, minor repairs, and component replacements on escalators in your assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular maintenance and servicing of escalator systems, including minor repairs and part replacements, following company procedures.
  • Diagnose and resolve escalator breakdowns, ensuring they are returned to full working order efficiently.
  • Complete routine inspections, adjustments, and testing of escalator systems, ensuring they meet company and industry standards.
  • Use technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and fault-finding techniques to troubleshoot issues and restore escalators to service.
  • Ensure all work is conducted following company health, safety, and environmental policies, as well as UK regulations.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and adhere to company safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in escalator servicing, maintenance, or repairs is preferred.
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in escalator maintenance is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, able to liaise with clients, supervisors, and inspectors.
  • Full UK driving licence (not required for walking routes).
