Key Responsibilities:- Take ownership of the Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring targets are met by analysing sales data, managing budgets, and implementing pricing strategies.
- Lead the execution of a digital-first strategy to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement, working with cross-functional teams to plan and implement social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to successfully launch exciting new products within the brand's ranges, overseeing the development and execution of go-to-market strategies.
- Play a key role in supporting and co-leading a high-impact project focused on accelerating growth for the brand, engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer development roles within FMCG.
- Experience supporting P&L and working with major retail partners is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities, digital marketing expertise, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
