Job Title: Social Worker - Children with Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team. As a Social Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of complex and diverse cases, involving assessments, reviews, and the preparation of welfare reports and court attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Children & Families caseload to include complex and diverse cases
  • Initiate and develop close working partnerships with statutory agencies, voluntary and private sector agencies, carers, and those with parental responsibility
  • Complete effective and timely recording of accurate information using agreed systems
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of legislation, local policies, and procedures

Requirements:

  • SWE Registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Drive and have access to a car
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
