Role Overview

Position: Deputy Theatre Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

You will assist in the operational management of the department, collaborating closely with the Theatre Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Qualifications

  • Current NMC/HCPC registration without any restrictions
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within Theatre settings
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proven track record of effective teamwork and independent work capabilities
  • Adaptable and positive mindset
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
