About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and policy development
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business on people-related projects and initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR metrics to drive better outcomes and improve employee engagement
  • Advise and influence others on HR-related matters, ensuring that our policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant

Requirements
  • CIPD qualification level 3 or above
  • Previous experience as a HR advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Strong experience in Employee Relations, with knowledge of employment policies and case law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Organised approach with strong attention to detail, and experience using people metrics
