Main Responsibilities:- Provide individual or small group support to pupils in class, focusing on social, emotional, or academic targets.
- Deliver intervention programs to individual pupils or small groups, promoting academic progress and well-being.
- Support the setting and reviewing of targets, as well as updating pupil passports, to ensure effective tracking of progress.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using initiative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Sensitivity to the needs of pupils and their families, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting their welfare.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with pupils, teachers, and other support staff.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
- Participation in weekly staff CPD, alongside teaching staff, to enhance knowledge and skills.
