Learning Disability Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at a renowned hospital specializing in mental health and addiction treatment services. As a Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients with learning disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform care decisions

- Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
