Learning Disability Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at a renowned hospital specializing in mental health and addiction treatment services. As a Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients with learning disabilities
  2. Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  4. Conduct thorough patient assessments to inform care decisions

Requirements:
  1. Registered nurse with active NMC PIN and a minimum of 6 months post-qualifying experience
  2. Relevant clinical experience in learning disability care
  3. A positive attitude and commitment to quality and improvement
  4. Ability to develop and use flexible approaches to ensure good practice
  5. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
