Your Day-to-Day
- Produce high-quality written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and improve our services, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Attend all training and engage in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your knowledge and skills, promoting excellence in nursing practice.
- Under the guidance of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), ensure that individual care plans are complete, maintained, and reviewed in collaboration with residents, relatives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines, prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
