About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Supporter Engagement & Operations Lead to join our Supporter Engagement and Operations team at Plan International UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective supporter care strategies to enhance the supporter experience and drive income growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end child sponsorship process, identifying opportunities to improve the sponsor experience and increase retention rates.
  • Lead the team to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that supporters receive timely and effective support.
