About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process payments and handle guest transactions accurately and securely.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with informed recommendations and advice.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and high levels of guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
