As the Principal Clinician specializing in Cancer Diagnostics and Research, you will be pivotal in providing expert knowledge across essential workstreams internally and will play a significant role in influencing the broader ecosystem at both national and international levels to optimize our impact on participants and patient outcomes.
The primary focus of this position is to collaborate closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Scientific Officer (CSO), and the broader cancer team at One HealthTech to formulate, engage, and execute our cancer strategy across healthcare and research sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the CMO, CSO, Director of External Affairs, and Director of Ethics in interactions with various advisory committees and the Participants Panel.
- Providing clinical guidance to the service management team, which includes navigating complex discussions with research participants and addressing inquiries, complaints, and clinical incidents.
- Contributing clinical insights for clinical safety and risk management systems.
- Assisting the CMO and GMS Service Owner in fostering collaborations between One HealthTech and NHS colleagues.
- Delivering clinical leadership in the evolution of research strategy and coordination, and developing processes to support research stakeholders.
