As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business expansion by overseeing reporting reconciliation with key commercial partners and internal teams, while also aiding in business development initiatives and value-based programs. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales operations, data analysis, and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Manager in addressing evolving business requirements.
  • Conduct regular reconciliation and reporting, which will be a significant aspect of this position.
  • Manage large datasets and management information.
  • Prepare reports in collaboration with distributors in the Nordics, including data analysis and presentation.
  • Support grant activities for commercial programs, including managing the grant application process and providing analytics.
  • Monitor tender activities and sales force reporting, analyzing tender trends and offering insights to the sales team.
  • Track pricing activities and results, analyzing pricing trends and making recommendations to the sales team.
  • Oversee value program activities and assist in developing value tools, tracking and analyzing activities, and providing insights to the sales team.
  • Support the sales team in managing their activities, including lead generation, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive business growth and enhance sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in handling large datasets and deriving meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights clearly and concisely.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of sales operations and the capacity to drive process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a strong customer service orientation.
  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
