Key Responsibilities- Deliver Safe, Quality Care: Ensure the safe and effective delivery of patient care during the perioperative phase.
- Lead and Manage a Team: Coordinate staff training, resource needs, and lead by example to promote a positive and productive team environment.
- Assist in Quality Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and Enhance Skills: Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of yourself and others through training, mentorship, and coaching.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and effective working environment.
