Theatre Practitioner Leader

We are seeking an experienced Theatre Practitioner to take on a challenging and rewarding role as Lead Theatre Practitioner at a leading independent healthcare provider in Nottingham.
About the RoleAs the Lead Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering safe, quality care for patients during their perioperative phase. You will lead and manage a team, coordinating staff training and resource needs, and assist in the delivery of patient care and contribute to quality improvement.

- Develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and yourself
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
The Lead Theatre Practitioner role comes with an attractive package, including:

To be considered for the Lead Theatre Practitioner role, you should have:
- Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coordination, ordering, mentoring, and leading others
- Experience in Robotics, Ophthalmic, ENT and Maxillofacial specialties
- ILS and Mentorship qualification
