About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Part-time Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

As a successful Lodge Manager, you will have a passion for excellent customer service, a love of people, and the ability to work independently using your own initiative. You will also be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for Owners
  • Provide a first-class service to Owners, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers, managing contractors and scheduling maintenance
  • Organise activities and events for Owners, promoting a happy and fulfilling lifestyle
  • Manage the administration of the site, using your own initiative and good judgement
