Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Strata Construction Consulting UK Ltd. As a key member of our Central London office, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects and leading a team of engineers in the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects, including highways, urban regeneration, and transportation planning.
  • Develop and implement business systems to optimize cost effectiveness and improve project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a design consultancy, with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure development.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers.
  • Strong technical expertise in highways, infrastructure, and urban regeneration masterplanning projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
