Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Vistry Kent, based in West Malling. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial excellence on mixed tenure developments.

About the Role

This is a senior role that requires a proven track record of successfully delivering major open market affordable and contracting housing schemes with values in excess of £5m. You will be responsible for being the commercial lead for these projects, working closely with the site teams to ensure commercial and risk management are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver commercial excellence on mixed tenure developments
  • Manage commercial and risk management on similar schemes for similar sized contractors
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure effective commercial and risk management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong commercial background, with experience of delivering major open market affordable and contracting housing schemes. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
