Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Vistry Kent, based in West Malling. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading the commercial function for mixed tenure developments, working closely with the site teams and commercial teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial function for mixed tenure developments, ensuring accurate cost management and risk assessment.
  • Work closely with the site teams and commercial teams to deliver successful projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide commercial expertise and guidance to project teams, ensuring that commercial risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and policies, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
