What We Are Looking For:

  • Current experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or a dedicated front-of-house team member eager to step into a management role, preferably in the restaurant, bar, café, or coffee shop sector.
  • Proven background in a bar setting, with experience in preparing and serving freshly made food and beverages.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a natural flair for customer service.
  • Strong drive and determination to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
  • Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail for effective KPI reporting.
  • Strong communication abilities to build rapport and trust with team members and customers alike.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Solid understanding of best practices in sales enhancement, labor forecasting, administrative reporting, recruitment, and customer satisfaction metrics.
