About the Role
AXA Global Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Corporate and Strategic Partnership Lead to drive business growth and development. As a key member of the IPMI Division, you will be responsible for creating strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities for growth, efficiency, and collaboration within AGH and the broader IPMI division.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation and onboarding of new insurer relationships and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business requirements.
- Develop and negotiate commercial arrangements and underlying contracts, working closely with internal experts to understand business impact and solution design.
- Coordinate the contribution of internal experts to ensure effective project management and risk mitigation.
- Take accountability for the implementation project phase of new partnerships, ensuring RTB processes are in place and driving continuous improvement in the approach, processes, and control within the Corporate Development team.
- Support transversal initiatives across the IPMI division, identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, and synergies across the IPMI division and AXA.
- Act as a catalyst for business change globally, challenging existing practices and evaluating alternative solutions to maximize business benefit.
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record of developing and executing strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience in developing and negotiating commercial arrangements and underlying contracts.
- Excellent project management and risk mitigation skills, with the ability to coordinate the contribution of internal experts.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement and lead change initiatives, challenging existing practices and evaluating alternative solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
