We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to join our team at James Lewis Recruitment. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical design process for high-end residential projects in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the electrical design process from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, project managers, and commercial teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct engineering checks, produce calculations, and review drawings and schematics to verify design accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, design consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and assess value engineering opportunities, evaluating associated risks and benefits.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND/degree in electrical engineering or building services engineering.
  • Background in electrical building services (project, design, or maintenance).
  • Experience in high-end residential projects ideal.
