Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Canary Wharf, London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance tasks on commercial building systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Identify and report faults with building services equipment, taking steps to resolve them.
  • Maintain informal communications with client staff members regarding service levels and issues.
  • Report service-affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified with City & Guilds - Level 3 and 17th or 18th Edition.
  • Proven track record in building maintenance, with good communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of UPS, generators, power distribution, HVAC, and HV/LV systems.
