Senior Client Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Executive to join our De Novo Risk Solutions team in Malvern. This role involves managing an existing book of business and identifying, attracting, and retaining new clients in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive commercial insurance services to existing and potential new customers.
- Develop technical and industry expertise in the construction sector to create product propositions for target clients.
- Offer market-leading risk management services, particularly for construction risks.
- Prepare and agree monthly and annual sales forecasts, targets, plans, and budgets with direct reports.
- Monitor performance against objectives, forecasts, plans, targets, and budgets, providing regular feedback to the Development Director.
- Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, introducers, and partnerships, with the business providing additional leads to supplement activities.
- Recommend corrective action with the Development Director for deviations in performance or other problems affecting sales or customer satisfaction.
- Promote and maintain an internal and external brand of professionalism, expertise, and excellence.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including content provision, industry event attendance, and other activities as required.
- Demonstrable experience in the commercial insurance industry.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
