Client Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Executive to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of small to medium-sized accounts with our existing partners to support increased growth and income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with our existing partners to ensure compliance and customer-centric distribution of insurance products.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and growth through the management of existing accounts and identification of new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze performance data to ensure agreed forecasts are met and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for leads and business growth.
- Ensure that our Appointed Representative (AR) partners are distributing products compliantly and within the parameters of The AR framework.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of all the main classes of general insurance and the CII's Code of Ethics and GDPR.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the insurance industry is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand people and build rapport, adapt styles of communication accordingly.
- Ability to exceed individual targets and deadlines as defined by the business plan.
