Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing sporting goods scale-up. You'll focus on scaling organic socials across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Influencer Marketing.

As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the company, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Influencer Marketing.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to increase brand reach and engagement.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Schedule and post content across organic social media channels.
  • Come up with marketing ideas and be very creative in your approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of all social media campaigns.
  • Engage with customers and followers through organic social media platforms to build relationships and create a loyal customer base.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Experience with micro & macro Influencer marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a retail/e-commerce brand.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other major social media platforms.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience creating and managing social media campaigns.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
