Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Media Coordinator to join our marketing team at SC4 Recruitment. As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative content and engagement strategies across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and implement community engagement strategies across digital platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Organize and manage online events, including webinars, workshops, and social media contests.
  • Develop and implement content calendars to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and community developments to ensure our marketing efforts are always on point.
  • Provide marketing support to the wider team as needed, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are always effective.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or young professional with a degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
