Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service, provide guidance and training, and set performance expectations.
  • Customer Service and Sales: Demonstrate expert knowledge of makeup products, assist customers in finding the right products, and drive sales by achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure shelves are properly stocked, and collaborate with the store management team to implement promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the beauty or retail industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, and industry trends.
  • Strong customer service skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Sephora's brand and product offerings is a plus.
