Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a key member of our Energy & Natural Resources team, you will be responsible for delivering effective project controls services to our clients across diverse and complex programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to deliver project controls services.
- Drive continuous improvement in project controls processes to create efficiency and increase benefits to clients.
- Define and implement project controls approaches across project, programme, and portfolio levels.
- Develop and implement effective governance and assurance processes around project controls products.
- Work with clients to develop relevant breakdown structures and support scope definitions.
- Define scaled, tailored, and integrated approaches for project controls and document these.
- Manage stakeholders and coordinate scope decomposition.
- Establish a robust, accurate Performance Measurement Baseline and manage the change control process.
- Collaborate with suppliers to integrate and analyze their performance data.
- Ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment.
- Train and coach clients and team members on performance and reporting management processes.
- Assure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of project controls team output.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in applying multiple project controls disciplines in multiple projects.
- Practical experience in integrating project controls disciplines and assessing team maturity.
- Experience in managing stakeholders and using project controls software.
