Project Controls Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team. As a Project Controls Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-discipline teams of project controls professionals to deliver effective, consistent, and assured project controls services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project controls approaches across the project, programme, and portfolio levels to enable effective decision-making.
  • Define and implement effective governance and assurance processes around project controls products.
  • Work with clients to develop relevant breakdown structures and support scope definitions.
  • Define scaled, tailored, and integrated approaches for project controls and document these.
  • Manage the change control process and ensure scope, cost, risk, and schedule integration and alignment.
  • Train and coach clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
  • Assure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the Project Controls team's output.
Requirements:
  • Experience in applying several Project Controls disciplines (Planning, Cost Estimation, Cost Management, Risk Management, or Reporting) in multiple projects.
  • Practical experience of integrating Project Controls disciplines and assessing the maturity of a team and ways of working.
  • Experience in managing stakeholders and using Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys, etc.).
