Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the role of Telecoms Engineer Apprentice. This position offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career in the dynamic and rapidly evolving field of telecommunications.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have exposure and training in various fields, including IP-based telephone systems, Luminate Cloud PBX, Telcoswitch Cloud, NFON Cloud, IT/Networking, routers, and switches. They will provide support on-site and remotely, demonstrating strong company values to customers while working face-to-face with them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attending customer sites across the UK to install and maintain IP-based telephone systems.
  • Training on various systems, including IP Networking, routers, and switches.
  • Providing support on-site and remotely from the office when required.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with customers, explaining information patiently and with enthusiasm.
  • Traveling across the UK, which requires a current UK driving license.

Requirements

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Good communication skills and a solid understanding of IP Networking.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and patiently with customers.
  • Previous experience in IT, Networking, or Computers would be advantageous, though full training will be provided.
