Lettings Manager Job Opportunity

Bairstow Eves, a leading residential property agent, is seeking a highly motivated Lettings Manager to join our team in Basildon. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of lettings professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, customer relationships, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and team to achieve business objectives and targets.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in lettings management, with a strong track record of success in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to various locations as required.
