Lettings Manager

We are partnering with a leading property lettings and estate agency in Basildon to find a highly skilled Senior Lettings Manager to cover a fixed-term contract due to maternity leave.
As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will lead a team of experienced lettings professionals, providing exceptional service to clients and driving business growth and profitability. You will be responsible for managing the team, mentoring, and coaching to ensure they are equipped to deliver outstanding results.
You will work closely with the team to list properties, advise landlords on optimal pricing and service, and match properties with potential tenants. Your local knowledge and contacts will be essential in staying informed about market trends and becoming a recognized expert in the field.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong relationship-building skills, be able to convert valuations into listings, and have a genuine interest in helping people find their ideal homes. A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and valid driving license are also essential.
