Lettings Manager Role at Bairstow Eves

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our successful residential lettings team in Basildon. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective, efficient, and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and delegate tasks to exceed performance and targets set
  • Motivate your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
  • Generate new business in a target-driven environment
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
