About the Role
Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Sales Executive for our MINI Slough dealership. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing a new vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide expert advice and guidance on our range of prestige vehicles
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that our customers receive a first-class service
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers
What We Offer
- A competitive basic salary of £20,000
- A generous commission structure with the potential to earn up to £45,000 OTE

Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- A full and valid UK driving licence
- Ability to work a variety of flexible patterns, including weekends
