Role Overview: As a Lead Care Support Specialist, your responsibilities may include mentoring and managing a team of support staff, identifying training requirements, leading the development of support plans, managing staff schedules, and participating in review meetings. You will also provide practical assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting a positive, active, and healthy lifestyle for the individuals you support. This position is full-time and requires drivers with access to their own vehicles due to travel demands. Senior staff members are expected to participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis and may need to assist with covering shifts.

Qualifications: To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will need:

A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting individuals in a care setting, Proven experience in leading teams within a social care environment, To have or be working towards your SVQ Level 3 qualification, A full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
