About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults in their daily lives, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support service users with diverse backgrounds and support requirements
  • Display emotional resilience to support service users with challenging behavior and loneliness
  • Work to a flexible schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
  • Administer medication, change dressings, and prepare basic meals
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a care setting with adults
  • Flexibility in the roles undertaken
  • Registration under the PVG scheme
  • Full driving license (essential)
  • Obtained SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent (desirable)
