We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our students.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver high-quality lessons and support the learning needs of students.
  • Supervise and support students in a variety of settings, including classrooms and one-to-one sessions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and attendance.
  • Work closely with the attendance team and senior leadership to develop and implement attendance plans.
  • Manage and support the deployment of other teaching assistants.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in an education setting, preferably in a teaching assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
