Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the primary care team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Act as a role model, promoting professional standards and appearance at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure patient safety, manage complex cases, and apply the most up-to-date treatment methodologies.
- Be accountable for your practice, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention.
- Share your expertise and knowledge through clinical supervision sessions and formal teaching opportunities.
- Registered NMC Nurse - Adult or Mental Health
- Independent/supplementary prescriber qualification
- MSc in Advanced Practice
- Experience working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner
- Evidence of implementation of local and national policies
- Experience demonstrating high levels of clinical expertise in decision making and judgement
