About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services to secure environments. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the primary care team, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Act as a role model, promoting professional standards and appearance at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure patient safety, manage complex cases, and apply the most up-to-date treatment methodologies.
  • Be accountable for your practice, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention.
  • Share your expertise and knowledge through clinical supervision sessions and formal teaching opportunities.
Requirements
  • Registered NMC Nurse - Adult or Mental Health
  • Independent/supplementary prescriber qualification
  • MSc in Advanced Practice
  • Experience working autonomously as an advanced clinical practitioner
  • Evidence of implementation of local and national policies
  • Experience demonstrating high levels of clinical expertise in decision making and judgement
