Job Title: School Site Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Manager to join our team at a vibrant primary school in Finchley. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the school environment is safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the school site, including managing site security and conducting regular health and safety checks.
  2. Coordinate with contractors and supervise maintenance work to ensure the school buildings and grounds are well-maintained.
  3. Manage the site budget and resources efficiently, ensuring that all facilities are properly maintained and equipped.
  4. Respond promptly to any emergencies or issues that may arise, providing excellent customer service to staff and students.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a school or similar setting is preferred, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles.
  2. Must have, or be willing to obtain, a DBS check.
  3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external contractors.
