Key Responsibilities- Work as a main class and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant, providing support to students across Key Stage 1 and 2.
- Deliver 1:1 Maths and Phonics support to students in need.
- Assess student progress and collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure effective support.
- Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Desirable experience working as a main class Teaching Assistant.
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or be willing to obtain one.
- Experience working with children with SEN in an educational, pastoral, or personal setting.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK.
