Key Responsibilities
  • Parts Supply and Management: Work with our team to supply parts to internal departments and external customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Parts Enquiries and Sales: Respond to parts enquiries from customers, providing expert advice and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Accurately record and maintain data related to parts stock, sales, and customer interactions.
  • Stock Control and Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring parts are stored and displayed correctly.
  • Assistance with Stock Taking: Assist with stock taking and inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Parts Dispatch and Returns: Ensure parts are checked prior to dispatch and handle returns, exchanges, and transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Parts Advisor in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of looking up vehicle parts using a parts catalogue is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Kerridge and Microsoft Office, or similar experience, would be preferable.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and with customers.
  • Driving Licence: Full, UK driving licence for insurance purposes.

We offer a competitive salary package of up to £30,000 dependent upon level of experience, with the opportunity to enhance earnings with bonus and career development through manufacturer training.
